As much as i HATE online gaming, when paying $60 a pop for a game you shuold be able to access the other "Half" of the game.
Paying for online MP is just not right for the consumer.
I forgot to mention that Capcom Vs games and Sam and Max also.
The Wii is a great system when you shovel past the crap and actually look for games.
So, Zelda was a GC title? What does that make CoD 5 and Halo 3? or should I say Halo 2.5 and CoD is being ported down to the PS2. Would that be a PS2 game?

I own all 3 consoles and I know the Wii gets LOTS of hate. I must say that the people that are hating the console are not looking for the right titles. The Wii has the most ambitious line up of games out of all 3 consoles.

Put it this way, if it DOES have multi player I usally dont buy it unless its Co op. Online had been the WORST thing about this generation IMO, it is becoming the cancer of the industry. If a game has online, the AP mode lacks, just look at Gears 1 and Condemed 2. Both games I was hyped about and both sucked SP wise.
I ONLY play Single player games because MP gets boring after 20 mins and all of these MP games are the exact same "Shootan death match crap". It takes ZERO...
PS3 is a western console. Sony is shifting their Japanese support to the PSP, which sucks in my opinion, because I am sick of playing crappy western games on my PS3
Its sucks that the portables are getting all of the "cool" games this gen, while consoles are flooded with FPS,sandbox and online MP trash.
what a shame, I HATE gaming on handhelds, but I must admit, the handheld games this gen are by faaar more interesting than generic crap like Call of Duty etc.
Seriously, if it is a FPS, Online shooter or some MMo crap, I will throw my PS3 in the trash.
Give us games that made the PS1/2 so great, not crap shooters. RPG's, Action, Adventure or a Platformer please
Cliffy B is a joke of a developer. He is not in the same league with greats like Kojima, Inaba, Mikami, Miyamoto, Suda, Infuane, Itagaki, Gooch etc.

I honestly dont know why Sony is being so lazy in Japan. The reason I bought a PS3 was for exclusive Japanese developed games and so far I have barley seen anything. Its a shame because I was one of the people so PUMPED that the PS3 was region free, yet 2 years later, there is not ONE game worth importing.
I just wish that Sony would treat the PS3 like the PSP in Japan where it sees ENDLESS Japanese support. (Why is Parasite Eve 3 on the damn PSP? it should be PS3!!) Its sad that...

In my opinion, I think that American games are crap. The animations, artstyles and multi player online just dont do it for me. I find that American games lack good a good Single Player compared to European and Japanese developed games. Of course there is the exception of some GREAT American deved studios such as Insomniac, Sucker Punch and Retro.

Well deserved, screw the haters. This game is a old fashioned hardcore action game for the HARDCORE video game fan. Long single player game, difficult, nice level variety, Bosses and tons of weapons to use keep the game fresh.
Also, ITS NOT A GODDAMN FPS that is so boring and stale to look at that hides behind lame multi player modes.

What a lame review. Its not like there is 1000 platformers comming out this generation like there is with SHOOTAN GAEMZ.
I also find it funny how people will bash RE5 when RE4 pretty much trumps this entire gen minus MGS4, and is considered by many hardcore gaming fans that it is the best game of all time.
Gears wished it was even 1/4 as good as RE4.
People that complain about the contols in RE4 are either crazy, suck at games or just expect a generic TPS ala Gears of War.
Seriously, what is so hard about the conrtols in RE4, foward goes foward, left and right actually turn you left and right and back moves you back.
If anything, I wish more games controled like RE, which controled much better than the clunky Gears characters anyday.
Not surprising, has Treyarch EVER worked on something ORIGINAL.
